Danielle Perera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Danielle started their career in 2005 as a Food Operations Specialist at Target, where they supported multiple stores in food safety, quality, and inventory management. Danielle later became an ETL-Hardlines/ETL-Guest Experience at Target, leading a team and opening the first SuperTarget location in SW Florida.
In 2009, Danielle transitioned to the role of Store Team Leader at Target, where they managed daily operations, coached and led teams, and executed store remodels. Danielle then became a Group Operations Leader, driving operational performance for multiple stores and leading remodel projects. Danielle eventually returned to being a Store Team Leader, overseeing a high-volume, overnight replenishment location.
In 2013, Danielle joined Ross Stores, Inc. as a District Manager in Training, where they directed daily operations and recruited top talent. Danielle later became a District Manager, coaching and leading an 11-store district with $150 million in sales. Danielle also developed and managed a succession plan for talented leaders.
