Josh Berman has extensive experience in operations and finance roles. From September 2005 to April 2018, they worked at Global Turf Equipment Sales & Rentals, where they held the position of Vice President of Operations. In April 2018, they transitioned to Jeffrey Allen Inc, initially serving as Vice President of Operations before being promoted to Sr. Vice President of Finance in January 2023.

Josh Berman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, which they earned between 2000 and 2004.
