Tobias Back is an experienced consultant currently working at Jefferson Wells Norge since March 2022, specializing in consultancy and recruitment services within management, technology, and economics. Previous roles include a consultant position at VPK Packaging Nordic for a brief period in 2021, as well as a machine operator during summer employment. Tobias has also served as a substitute assistant at Rakkestad ungdomsskole, focusing on supporting students with additional needs, and worked as a store employee at Esso Deli De Luca, gaining diverse experience in customer service and operations. Tobias holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Master's degree in Financial Economics from NTNU and the University of Vienna.
