Amanda Garen is currently a RÃ¥dgiver in IT Rekruttering at Jefferson Wells Norge, a position held since August 2022, focusing on delivering consultancy and recruitment services in management, technology, and finance. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as an insurance consultant at Frende Forsikring from June 2020 to September 2022 and held a dual position as a student contact and ski instructor at Myrkdalen Fjellandsby AS from 2010 to May 2020, where certifications were attained in coaching education. Amanda also gained valuable experience through internships at TV 2 in 2019, assisting in the PR and media department, and at ACCEL Norge as a project team member, organizing the Dalen TechFest event. Amanda completed a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at BI Norwegian Business School from August 2021 to June 2023, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from the same institution from 2017 to 2020.
