Olivia Deluca is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher Leader Fellow at Jefferson Parish Schools, where the focus is on mentoring teachers and enhancing student performance through coaching and instructional practices. Previously, Olivia held roles as a Second Grade Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher at Young Audiences Charter Schools, and even worked as a Building Substitute across multiple elementary schools. Experience also includes a Graduate Internship at Buttonball Lane Elementary School, assisting third graders with differentiated instruction and conducting research on literacy programs. Earlier roles include serving as a paraprofessional at Darien Public Schools during the Extended School Year Program and various positions providing care and educational support to children. Olivia holds a degree in Elementary Education with a focus on English from the University of Connecticut, as well as prior education from Temple University and Wilton High School.
