Dianne Bottino, CPXP, currently serves as the Enterprise Program Manager for Patient and Family Centered Care at Jefferson Healthcare since November 2022, and as the Administrative Director of Patient Experience at Jefferson Health New Jersey since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Dianne Bottino worked at AtlantiCare from January 2008 to July 2019 as the Customer Experience Manager. Dianne Bottino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Delaware, earned between 1985 and 1989.
