Matthew Griffin, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy & Finance at Jefferson County Public Library since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy Associate/Partnership Execution at DAT Freight & Analytics and Implementation Consultant Sr at ADP. Matthew began their career in implementation at Brooks International and held a significant position as Operations Manager for the Ministry of Education in the UAE. Earlier consultancy work was completed with England RFU Divisional. Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton in 2020.
