Shristi Banka is an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies since 2023, having previously served as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at the same firm in 2022. Shristi completed an MBA at Cornell University from 2021 to 2023 and holds extensive legal and financial experience, including a managerial role at Banka & Banka Advisory Group from 2019 to 2021 and as an Associate at Crawford Bayley & Co. Advocates & Solicitors from 2017 to 2019. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance and Law, a Master of Arts in English Literature, and completion of Level II at the CFA Institute. Shristi also holds a Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
