Sam Crellin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in product control and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as CFO of Jefferies International Limited since June 2012, Sam manages a comprehensive team overseeing Product Control, Corporate Control, Regulatory Control, and Independent Price Verification (IPV). Previous roles include Director and Head of Equity Derivatives at RBS International, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Equity Derivatives Product Control Group and approving new structured deals. Sam's career began at Arthur Andersen as an Assistant Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick and an ACA in Accounting from ICAEW.
