Paul Stowell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity derivatives and strategic transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of the US Strategic Equity Transactions Group at Jefferies since June 2021, Paul previously held the position of Managing Director in Equity Derivatives and Convertibles at Deutsche Bank from June 2008 to June 2021. Prior experience includes a role focused on equity derivatives and convertibles trading, followed by corporate equity derivatives structuring at UBS from 2002 to 2008. Paul Stowell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University, graduating in 2002.
