Imran Shaik is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in market risk management and derivatives pricing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Jefferies since September 2021, Imran previously held the position of Director at Credit Suisse from May 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included market risk, enterprise risk management, and capital management. Prior to that, at Markit, Imran focused on derivatives pricing and risk analytics. An early career included roles as a Graduate Assistant at New York University, assisting undergraduate students with financial models, and as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where analysis for mutual funds was conducted. Imran also interned at National Aerospace Laboratories. Imran holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from New York University and both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Economics and Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
