Charles Silvers has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Charles began their career at Shaw Industries in 2016 as a Process Engineering Co-Op, where they worked on various projects from August to December. In 2017, they continued their co-op experience at Shaw Industries as a Project Engineering Co-Op for three months. The following year, Charles returned to Shaw Industries as a Project Engineering Co-Op for a five-month period. In 2019, they joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Maintenance Engineer from June 2020 to September 2022. Currently, Charles works as a Project Engineer at Jedson Engineering, starting in August 2022. Overall, their experience showcases a progressive growth and a strong skill set in engineering.

Charles Silvers earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama. Charles attended the university from 2014 to 2019.
