Lattimer held positions as Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at Concordia Publishing House, overseeing product development, market analysis, and brand compliance, as well as an Account Executive role at Bank of America. Early experience includes Marketing Manager for Cigweld/Thermadyne, overseeing brand launches.
