Catherine Saint Geniest serves as Co-Managing Partner and Avocate Associée responsible for the Real Estate Department at Jeantet - avocats since 2013. With extensive expertise in both advisory and litigation aspects of real estate law, Catherine oversees complex real estate transactions, lease drafting and negotiation, eviction compensation, and asbestos-related legal issues. Prior to joining Jeantet, Catherine held a similar role at Orrick Rambaud Martel from 1986 to 2013. Educational background includes a Maîtrise in Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Licence in History from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, complemented by training at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau.
