Marcin Matusiak is a production management professional with extensive experience in overseeing various production processes. Since February 2016, Marcin has served as the Production Section Manager at JDM Food Group Ltd, managing both Low Risk and High Risk sections while focusing on quality control and continuous improvements. Prior to this role, Marcin was a Contract Manager at Staffline Group plc, where responsibilities included managing an onsite team and meeting customer workforce demands. Additional experience includes serving as Production Manager at Select Timber and as Production Supervisor/Planner at Empire World Trade Ltd, where Marcin supervised planning teams and managed raw material usage. Marcin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Uniwersytet ÅšlÄ…ski w Katowicach, obtained in September 1999.
