As the Program Manager for one of the Tax Preparation teams at JDA TSG. Michael is responsible for exceeding the clients’ expectations by developing and maintaining a team of seasonal tax preparers. In that role, he provides direction for the team members to meet pre-defined goals. He is also responsible for managing the team, tracking performance data, and finding opportunities for operational improvements.

With an education in law, Michael developed an analytical mindset. He uses those skills in problem solving for his team and his team members. He also has an extensive background in supporting customers in preparing and filing their taxes using online tax preparation services.
