John Poast is an experienced leader in program management and operations, currently serving as Director of Program Management at JDA TSG since September 2018, overseeing a team of Customer Engineers to ensure high-quality service for clients. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities involved managing a large team to achieve significant volume goals, and a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, culminating in the role of Deputy Commander for Special Operations Command South. John Poast holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Virginia Military Institute and a Master’s Degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
