Tooba Saeed has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Intern at ADNOC Group. Tooba then moved on to Al Qanadil Nursery, where they served as an Administrative Assistant from January 2017 to September 2017. Following this, they joined Abu Dhabi International Traders (ADIT) as a Human Resources Assistant from December 2017 to August 2018. In 2021, they worked as a Data Entry Clerk at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York) from September 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Data Configuration Analyst at J.D. Power, starting in January 2022.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Tooba studied at Abu Dhabi University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Tooba'sspecialization during this time was also Human Resources Management and Services.

Before entering the university, from 2010 to 2013, Tooba attended Al Dhafra Private School, where they completed their high school education. Tooba focused on Business in their studies, with a specific emphasis on Business and Managerial Economics.
