Koji Yamamoto currently serves as the President and Representative Director at J.D. Power since May 2018. Prior to this role, Yamamoto had a longstanding career at Nissan Motor Corporation, where positions included Division General Manager of Global Vehicle Industrial Strategy, Head of the Connected Car and Autonomous Drive Division, and Program Director for Electric Vehicles, among others. Notably, Yamamoto also held leadership roles in engineering and product quality throughout various divisions within Nissan. Additionally, Yamamoto was the VP of Program at 4R Energy Corporation from April 2012 to March 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Energy Engineering from Oita University, completed in 1989.
