John Cabell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John is currently serving as the Managing Director of Payments Intelligence at J.D. Power since July 2018. Prior to this, they were the Owner of StrategyPoint Consulting, LLC starting from September 2014.

John Cabell has a diverse education history. John obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Virginia Military Institute, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In 1988, they also pursued a Certificat de Français Professionel at Chambre de Commerce and d’Industrie de Paris and studied French Language and Economy at Institut d’Etudes Françaises d’Avignon in the same year. Later, from 1995 to 1997, John attended William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology.
