Wendy Nichols is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate development and construction, currently serving as Development Manager at JCW Development LLC since January 2020. Prior roles include Project Manager at Jones Development, Sr. Manager of Real Estate Development and Construction at Giant Eagle, and Project Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods. Wendy's career began as Project Engineer at FedEx Ground and Dick Corporation, following an early role as Project Engineer at ERM. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1994, and graduated from Beaver Area Jr./Sr. High School in 1990.
