Diana Cirstea, MSHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Currently serving as HR Manager & Labor Relations at JCC Chicago since November 2021, Diana previously held the position of HR Manager at Environmental Monitoring and Technologies, Inc. from September 2018 to November 2021 and served as Assistant Manager at IST Management in early 2018. Diana has a rich background in operations, having spent over 12 years at Quartet Digital Printing, where responsibilities included overseeing core business functions and the successful launch of new locations. Additionally, Diana was a coach at NASA Wildcat Swimming from 2006 to 2010. Academically, Diana earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations/Image Management from Illinois State University.
