Eileen Pronobis has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare foundation philanthropy and nonprofit management with a focus on building high-performing fundraising operations. Serving in prior positions as Susan G. Komen, Executive Director, Charlotte Affiliate and State Executive Director, North and South Carolina; Chief Development Officer, Greater Charlotte Market, Novant Health Foundation; Deputy Director, Opera Carolina, and Executive Director of Faxton-St. Luke¡¯s Healthcare Foundation in Utica, NY.

Eileen joined JCA in March 2022 and works on a variety of consulting projects that involve system assessment, improvement, and selection. Clients include Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Toledo Foundation, St. Olaf¡¯s College, Southwestern Law School, and Brooklyn Public Library.
