Fiona Buttars, PMP joined JCA in 2016 and has experience working with clients in the health care, higher education, and arts and cultural sector.

Prior to joining JCA, Fiona was the Director of Database Operations at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Before that, she held marketing operations and patron services roles at TSO.

At JCA, Fiona has managed projects including system selections, system implementations, data conversions, integrations, customizations, report development, database support, needs assessments, pricing studies, and customer behavior analysis.

She earned her BA at Trent University and received her Certificate for Project Management at the University of Toronto. She attained her PMP certificate.
