Ganaelle Larquemin MSc is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the HR function. Currently serving as Regional HR Director at JBT Corporation since August 2018, Ganaelle enhances business results through effective Talent Management activities for the F&V NA business. Previously, Ganaelle held the position of Regional HR Manager supporting multiple facilities in the Liquid Food division. Additionally, Ganaelle has transformed the HR function at John Bean Technologies as HR Manager since February 2015, maximizing Talent impact to align with business strategy. Earlier experience includes leading HR for multiple businesses in the UK as HR Manager at Waukesha Bearings Corporation from September 2010 to December 2014.
