Shelly recently joined JB Sales as Director of Sales Training and comes to the team with a wealth of experience spanning family businesses (watch parts distributor) and start-ups all the way to large tech organizations. At the age of 30, she started as a sales development rep in the tech industry. Over the years, her role evolved, and she was soon managing teams of sales and business development representatives as Director of Business Development. Having completed Filling the Funnel and Driving to Close, Shelly took her learnings to empower her sales team and unify the sales development representatives and account executives.
Coaching and mentoring are a huge passion of Shelly’s, and she loves training sales professionals to help them flourish. She knows that at the heart of sales is networking and building relationships, and Shelly firmly believes that if you work to master the fundamentals, there is nothing stopping your success.
