Andy Ellis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and retail industries. Currently serving as the Group Commercial and Services Director at JB Hi-Fi, Andy has previously held significant roles at Telstra, including Group Managing Director for Telstra Business and Acting Group Managing Director for Telstra Consumer, as well as Executive Director and Head of Global Contact Centres. Andy's background also includes senior positions at Dixons Carphone, where responsibilities encompassed European Operations Director and various retail roles in the UK. Andy holds a Diploma in Business & Finance from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned between 1985 and 1991.
