Irene Pascual Perea serves as the Chair and Communications Chief at the Geothermal Association of Ireland since April 2021. In addition, Irene holds the position of Design Geotechnical Engineer at J. B. Barry and Partners Limited since April 2023. Previously, Irene worked as an Engineering Geologist and Graduate Geologist at Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions (GDG) from September 2019 to April 2023, and also has experience as a Dependiente de tienda at Decathlon España from October 2017 to April 2018. Irene completed a Grado en geología at Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2011 and 2017, followed by a Master en formación del profesorado with a specialty in physics and chemistry at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2018 to 2019.
