Adrian O'Neill is a highly experienced civil and transportation engineer, currently serving as a Senior Engineer (CEng) at J. B. Barry and Partners Limited since July 2017. Prior to this role, Adrian worked for The City of Edinburgh Council from January 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included Engineer in Transport Design & Delivery and Professional Officer for Transport Strategy. Earlier experience includes a consultancy position at BRE (Building Research Establishment) and an Assistant Practitioner role at International Synergies Limited. Adrian's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Road Safety & Engineering from Atlantic Technological University, an MSc in Sustainability Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, a BEng (Hons) in Civil & Transportation Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, and a BEng (Ord) in Civil Engineering from Munster Technological University.
