Grace Root is currently an account manager at JB Ashtin. Prior to that, they were a social media intern at The Lemon Bowl from January 2021 to May 2021, where they created original digital content for The Lemon Bowl's TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts. From May 2020 to August 2020, they were a customer service representative at Greg Root - State Farm Insurance Agent, where they handled customer billing questions, answered and directed 40+ calls daily, helped the company attain the highest customer service ratings, managed and maintained Greg Root State Farm's social media pages, and worked through and gained extensive knowledge on the Michigan Auto Insurance Reform that went into effect on July 2nd of 2020. From May 2019 to August 2019, they were a premium sales and services intern at the United Shore Professional Baseball League, where they assisted in the selling of suites for over 60 baseball games from May- August, created updated, well formatted spreadsheets to make records easier to manage, and set up each suite with promotional materials before each game.

Grace Root has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
