Nayab Sadaf has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They began their career as an intern at Manhattan Pakistan Limited (MPL) in 2006, where they gained exposure to various departments. In 2007, Nayab worked as a freelance writer for UK-based websites Blurtit.com and forandagainst.com.
From 2008 to 2013, Nayab served as an Operations Coordinator at Vertical Systems, Inc. (VSi) in Sunnyvale, California. They then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager in the Development Sector at Noha Group in 2009.
In 2013, Nayab joined British American Tobacco (BAT) and held several positions within the company. They first served as a Corporate Communications Manager, managing communications and employee engagement initiatives and ensuring the integrity of the corporate brand. Later, Nayab took on the role of Marketing Skills Development Manager, overseeing various projects, conducting market research, and implementing process improvements to enhance decision-making.
In 2018, Nayab founded The Pause Program, where they worked as a Life Coach. Finally, in 2021, Nayab joined Jazz as the Head Of Internal Communications.
Throughout their career, Nayab has demonstrated a diverse skill set, including project management, marketing, communications, and coaching expertise.
Nayab Sadaf has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business & Marketing from NUST, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at NUST, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in International Business and Marketing between 2003 and 2007. Their earlier education was at Islamabad Model College for Girls F-7/4 from 1990 to 2003, where they pursued FSc with a concentration in Physics, Maths, and Computers.
