Mateen Durrani has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mateen currently holds the position of Director of Technology Performance at Jazz, starting in 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Quality of Service at Jazz from 2015 to 2022. Before joining Jazz, Durrani worked at CMPak, Pakistan, where they held the title of Senior RAN Officer and Senior Officer RAN, specializing in RF Optimization and RF Planning. Mateen also gained experience as an internee at PTCL, where they worked on the installation of base station networks.

Mateen Durrani completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2002 to 2006. Before that, they attended La Salle Higher Secondary School in Multan and obtained their Metric, Science degree from 1990 to 2000. Mateen also has a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Engineering and Technology in Taxila, although the specific start and end years for this degree are not provided.
