Luigi Spasiano, CPA, currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Jazwares, LLC since February 2018, where roles include Senior Director and Director of Accounting, as well as Senior Accounting Manager. Prior to Jazwares, Luigi was employed at Johnson Controls from January 2016 to February 2018 as an Accounting Supervisor and Project Supervisor, focusing on month-end close processes and transitioning ERP applications to Oracle. Luigi's experience also includes a tenure at Tyco that spanned from June 2012 to December 2015, with roles including Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountant, overseeing financial closing processes and cost accounting. Beginning a career at National Beverage Corp, Luigi progressed from Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant from March 2008 to June 2012, assisting in various accounting projects. Luigi holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
