Prashanto Sarbadhikari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and supply chain management. Currently, Prashanto serves as Service Manager at JAYCEE PUNCHING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, overseeing commercial and project activities, as well as management information systems and reporting since September 2009. Prior roles include Executive – SCM at Bharti Infratel Limited, focusing on purchase order creation and vendor payment tracking, and Computer Executive positions at Bharti Airtel Limited and M/s Sonika Electronics, managing MIS and accounting. Additionally, Prashanto has led a customer care team at Reliance Telecom Limited, providing product knowledge and handling escalated issues. Prashanto holds a Master’s degree in MBA (Marketing) from Alagappa University and a Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc.
