Aref Kmail is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in data center and cloud computing. Currently serving as the Data Center & Cloud Computing Unit Head at JAWWAL since April 2015, Aref oversees central storage administration and SAN implementation, as well as critical Linux system administration. Previous roles include Senior Data Center Engineer at Hulul Business Solutions, where Aref was responsible for server preparation and operating system installation, and Technical Support Engineer at Global Software Services Inc., providing high-quality technical support and documentation. Early career experiences include positions at the Ministry of Finance-Palestine, Bank of Jordan, and United Business Machines, focusing on system administration and support. Aref holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk.
