Kayla Helfer has worked at Jawitz Properties since 2023 as the Head of People & Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Smollan from 2018 to 2023, first as an Industrial Psychology Intern and then as a People Specialist: Strategic Projects.

Kayla Helfer completed their Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2016 to 2017.
