Ryan Triemstra is an experienced business development professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as a Business Development Account Manager and formerly as a Business Development Specialist at Malace|HR since November 2021, Ryan has a proven track record of leadership and business acumen. Prior to this, Ryan founded and led Safeguard Security Solutions, transforming the company from a single customer to over 2,000 monthly accounts, generating over $2M in annual revenue. Additionally, Ryan founded and managed Huron Construction, which achieved $5M in annual revenue by specializing in remodeling for multi-family apartment complexes. Earlier experience includes project management at Centaurus Investments, focusing on construction projects for multi-family housing.
