Sofiia Korobtsova is an experienced professional currently working at JatApp since March 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring a continuous influx of qualified candidates, conducting resume screenings and interviews, developing sourcing strategies, and analyzing market trends to optimize recruitment processes.
