Rohit Reddy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and consulting sectors. Rohit most recently worked as the Vice President of Operations at Jasper Wyman & Son. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Conagra Brands. Rohit also served as Vice President of Manufacturing (Frozen BU) and Vice President of External Manufacturing at Pinnacle Foods. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber) as the Head of Technical Applications and Factory Manager. Rohit also held the role of Vice President of Contract Manufacturing at Nestle Infant Nutrition/Gerber Products Company. Before that, they worked as General Manager at Gerber Products Company and as a Consultant at PwC Consulting/IBM Consulting. Rohit began their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at I.T.C limited.

Rohit Reddy completed their MBA (with Honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 1991 to 1993. Rohit also holds a BS degree in Biology & Chemistry from Osmania University, which they earned from 1988 to 1991. Rohit Reddy completed their primary and secondary education at The Hyderabad Public School from 1974 to 1988.
