Monica Chiang has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Monica started their career in 2003 at EVERGREEN, where they worked in roles such as Import Logistics Customer Service and Quality Assurance Management. In 2009, they joined IBM as a Systems and Technology Group (STG) Value Marketing intern. After that, they worked at Dynamic Decisions, Inc as a Healthcare IT Strategist, providing IT solutions and consulting services to small practices. Monica later joined JAS Worldwide, where they held positions such as Project Manager - EA to COO, Director of Business Intelligence and Customer Solutions, Director of Business Process Management, Sr. Director of Supply Chain Solutions, and Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions. Currently, Monica serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Transformation at JAS Worldwide.

Monica Chiang obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Purdue University. Monica further pursued their education at Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they completed their MBA with a focus on Global Supply Chain and Operations Management between 2008 and 2010.
