Wallace Workmaster serves as a Senior Associate for JB&B Fieldâ„¢, with a focus on technical assessment, IAQ, construction administration, and property assessments. Mr. Workmaster joined the firm in 2010 and has extensive experience in building commissioning and related services for commercial and residential developments, banking, mission-critical, laboratory, healthcare, museums, resorts, and LEED green buildings.
Mr. Workmaster’s notable projects include multiple cultural institutions, such as the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center, and the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute. He has also played an instrumental role in the completion of the development of multiple financial institutions, including renovations for confidential financial institutions, the New York Stock Exchange, KCG Holdings, and JPMorgan Chase in New York, NY, and destination resorts such as Baha Mar in Nassau, the Bahamas. Mr. Workmaster has acted as the head commissioning representative for high-rises residential and commercial buildings such as 7 Bryant Park, Sabey Data Center at 375 Pearl Street, and 10 and 15 Hudson Yards. He has also contributed to several healthcare and laboratory research facilities, including Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York Genome Center, New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute, and NYU Langone Health, all in New York. He has also completed numerous property assessments, including IAQ surveys, for real estate assets such as 900 Third Avenue, 60 Wall Street, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Carnegie Hall, 3 United Nations Plaza, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, and 460 Park Avenue.
Mr. Workmaster earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
