Peter Prochner serves as a Senior Associate at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 1967, Mr. Prochner has acted as Project Manager in the HVAC Department on a wide variety of projects in the financial, residential, and commercial sectors.
Mr. Prochner has been responsible for the management of a wide range of projects, including high-rise buildings such as One World Trade Center, 7 World Trade Center, 30 Hudson Yards, the Irving Trust Company Operations Building, and the new headquarters building of Philip Morris. His breadth of experience has allowed JB&B to develop other well-known properties, such as the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington, DC, the Broadgate Development in London, England, and the Sony Center at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, Germany.
Mr. Prochner is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers. He attended Queensborough Community College and New York University.
