Joe Guerrero serves as a Senior Associate at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has worked in the Electrical Department on a wide variety of projects, including healthcare facilities, life sciences, high-rise towers, and infrastructure upgrades.

Mr. Guerrero has provided essential contributions to the firm’s healthcare and life science projects, among them NYU Langone Health’s Energy Building, as well as capital infrastructure improvements, radiation oncology, campus MEP mitigation projects, and lab renovations in New York City. He has also demonstrated his expertise on high-rise towers, including Two Manhattan West and Towers 3 and 4 of the World Trade Center along with the below-grade parking fit-out.

Mr. Guerrero is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University.
