James Mysliwiec, Jr. serves as a Senior Associate in the HVAC Department at JB&B. Since joining the firm, he has been actively involved in projects ranging from cultural and performing arts centers to high-rise commercial spaces and the renovation of mixed-used spaces. His responsibilities include initial coordination, project management, design, calculations, preparation of construction documents, and field observations. Prior to joining JB&B, he worked on the client side of the industry and was involved in lease letter negotiations, initial site selection, and overall coordination of all engineering trades to maintain brand standards.

Mr. Mysliwiec holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of California, Florida, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Utah, and is a LEED Green Associate. He is a member of the Southern California Chapter of ASHRAE.
