Colin Skinner, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, program administration, and student development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Janus Youth Programs since June 2023, Colin previously held key HR leadership roles at Rumpl, New Seasons Market, and Banfield Pet Hospital, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and advising on performance improvement processes. Colin's earlier experience in higher education includes roles at Geneva College and Whitworth University, where contributions ranged from facilitating student growth to coordinating programs and events. Colin holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Geneva College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Whitworth University.
