Peter Cusimano, LAADC, SAP, ICAADC, MATS, is an accomplished professional in the field of substance abuse and addiction counseling. As the Founder and Business Owner of CADC Services since February 2014, Peter specializes as a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional. With extensive experience that includes roles at the National Traffic Safety Institute as a Counselor and Out of State DUI Case Manager, as well as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Family & Children Services of Silicon Valley, Peter has consistently facilitated group sessions, individual counseling, and coordination of treatment for clients in various capacities. Peter's background also includes teaching within the Addiction Studies Department at California State University, East Bay, and supervisory roles at BAART - Bay Area Addiction Research & Treatment. Peter holds a Certificate Level 3 in Alcohol and Drug Studies from San Jose City College and has additional training in culinary arts, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both recovery and wellness.
