Vanessa Magee, ASW, is currently the Director of Operations and Lead Associate Therapist at Holly Hughes & Co., Inc., since January 2023, where responsibilities include building a patient panel, enhancing clinical skills, promoting cultural resonance and equity, and developing a data-driven approach to care. Concurrently, Vanessa has held multiple roles at Janus of Santa Cruz since October 2020, focusing on care coordination for patients with substance use disorders. Previous experience includes positions at Lifespan Care, where oversight of in-home health services was provided, and at Sunshine Villa Assisted Living, encompassing care management and medication administration. Vanessa earned a Master of Social Work from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor’s Degree in World Literature and Cultural Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
