Kristi Colon, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and human resources management. Currently serving as a Security Analyst at JANUS Associates, Inc. since April 2023, Kristi also holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager in the Office of Human Resources at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, where casual status is maintained since December 2018. Previous roles include Laboratory Supervisor (Phlebotomy) at Lancaster General Health from 2011 to December 2018, and a Parent Enrichment Facilitator for Project Forward Leap from 2011 to 2013. Kristi was the Program Chair at Tesst College from May 2010 to October 2010, overseeing the Bachelor Degree program and instructing courses in HR Management and Electronic Medical Records. Earlier in the career, Kristi held various positions within Lancaster General Health from 1998 to 2010, including roles in Human Resources and patient access. Kristi holds an MBA in Healthcare and Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and a B.S. in Health Care Administration/Management from Central Penn College.
