Rock Z. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career as a Piano Teacher in 2015 before transitioning to internships and full-time positions in prominent tech companies. In 2018, Rock interned as a Frontend Developer at Meridio, followed by a Full Stack Developer internship at ConsenSys in 2019. They then had two consecutive internships as a Software Engineer at KitchenMate in 2019 and 2020. In 2021, Rock interned at StackAdapt before landing an internship at Tesla as a Software Engineer. They continued their software engineering career at Meta in 2022 and are currently employed as a Software Engineer at January in 2023.

Rock Z. attended Western Canada High School from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained an IB Diploma with a focus on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. In 2017, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo and pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science, specializing in Computer Science. Rock Z. successfully completed their degree in 2022. Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained a Spanish A1 Certificate from McGraw-Hill.
