Mark Luschini currently serves as the Chief Investment Strategist at Janney Montgomery Scott, a position held since 2005. Prior to this role, Mark Luschini was the Senior Vice President at Parker/Hunter and Managing Director of Parker/Hunter Asset Management from 1995 to 2005. Mark Luschini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both earned from Gannon University.
